Our goal and primary aspiration is to provide our clients with an exceptional level of expert witness service.  We use state-of-the-art technology, coupled with many years of specialized real estate and title insurance experience, to provide exceptional quality expert witness services to our clients.

Expert Witness Services include analysis and evaluation of all aspects of title insurance cases and transactions.  We provide assistance in connection with: (i) case "fact" analysis; (ii) case "legal" analysis; (iii) case "regulatory" analysis under the Texas, or other applicable, title insurance regulations and Texas, or other applicable, Title Insurance Act; (iv) case "business" or "practicality" analysis; (v) development of case strategy; (vi) development of an effective discovery plan; (vii) developing deposition and interrogatory questions; (viii) preparation of trial exhibits and graphics; and, (ix) presentation of expert witness testimony to the jury which simply and clearly explains the relevant aspects of title insurance.

We will prepare expert witness reports, or legal opinions on the ultimate issues, as the client's needs dictate.

Liability Outside the Policy of Title Insurance:

Mr. Lawrence adds to these core practice areas his special disciplines represented by his board certifications in Residential Real Estate Law and Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specializations.

Because we don’t try to be “all things to all clients”, we don’t waste our client’s time and money learning a practice area outside our core expertise.  On general client representational matters, if a client needs assistance in other areas, we will either consult an experienced qualified attorney at another firm or refer the matter to them altogether.
